The New Yuma Hospital and Clinic Features
- 68,000 Square Feet
- 14 beds (all private rooms)
- 2 OR's and 1 Procedure Room with space for the addition of 2 more ORs
- New therapy pool identical to the one used by the Denver Broncos, the Colorado Rockies and the University of Colorado athletics program.
The Yuma District Hospital received official notification of USDA's intention to fund the new hospital project. The presentation was made by U.S. Senator Wayne Allard during a rural development forum held in Ft. Morgan on October 14, 2005.
