Grassroots Clinic
The Grassroots Clinic is located on Highway 36 in Joes, CO. The clinic is open one-half day per week.
Procedures and immunizations need to be scheduled in advance to ensure appropriate supplies are available for your appointment.
Appointments may be made by calling (970) 848-3896 or (970) 358-4308 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Walk-in visits are welcome during Grassroots Clinic hours.
The clinic is only every Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
