Setting out across the prairie on your way from Denver, Nebraska, or Kansas? You may want to take the scenic route. Exit 42 from I-76 will take a person over to highway 34. Heading east on 34 will take you over rolling hills of the prairie to catch a glimpse of a coyote or small herd of buffalo that someone is raising to keep the spirit of the prairie alive. Hunters explore the beauty of the prairie while taking in their fill of deer, pheasant, doves, ducks and quail. The sunrises are grand and the sunsets are breathtaking.
