John was appointed interim Chief Executive Officer of Yuma District Hospital effective January 2, 2007. He was appointed permanent CEO effective April 1, 2007. John has a BA in Economics and a MS in Health Administration from the University of Colorado. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the Medical Group management Association and the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Development. He is also a Board Member of the Colorado Coalition for the Medically Underserved. From 2006-2007 he was an independent consultant. During that time he served as interim Administrator for Grand River Hospital District in Rifle, worked with Davis Partnership Architects in master facility planning and Hospice of Metro Denver doing Brand Development Research. |

Lyndia has been Vice President of Administrative Services since January 2000. Previously she served as Assistant Administrator from 1990 – 2000 and Director of Medical Records 1970 – 1990. Lyndia attended the University of Northern Colorado and is a graduate of the American Health Information Management Association School for Health Information Management Technicians. She was certified as a Registered Health Information Technician in September of 1973 and is a member of the American Health Information Management Association and the Healthcare Financial Management Association. Lyndia has oversight of the Health information Management Department and Plant and Facilities Department. |

Beth Saxton, |

Beth has worked at Yuma District Hospital since October of 1983. She was a House Coordinator until January of 2000, at which time she was promoted to Director of Nursing Services. In November of 2006 she was promoted to Vice President of Patient Care Services. Beth holds an Associate of Nursing Degree from Mesa College in Grand Junction and holds certifications in ACLS, NRP, CPR, NIH Stroke certification and TNCC. Her responsibilities include Patient Care Services, Food Services, Laundry and Housekeeping, Home Health Care, Pharmacy, Infection Control and Employee Health. Beth is a member of CONL (Colorado Organization of Nurse Leaders) and a member of the Colorado Stroke Advisory Board. |

Rick Korf,Vice President of Medical Services |

Rick was appointed Vice President of Medical Services of Yuma District Hospital in 2001. He holds an AA degree from Northeastern Junior College, a BS and MS in Accounting from the University of Denver. He is a certified Medical Office Manager and is an inactive Colorado Certified Public Accountant. Rick provides administrative support and oversight to the Laboratory, Diagnostic Imaging, Rehabilitation and Surgery Departments. |

Cathy Wolff, |

Cathy has been Vice President of Financial Services since January of 2000 and CFO for 19 years. She holds a BS in Business Administration from University of Northern Colorado. Cathy is a member of the Health Care Financial Management Association and currently is a member of the Colorado HFMA Board. Cathy is responsible for preparing and presenting financial reports to the YDH Board of Directors, preparing the annual budget. She assists in preparing the Medicare cost report and reviews managed care contracts. Cathy has oversight for Patient Business Services, Materials Management, Payroll and Accounts Payable. |
